Last year’s Team Barnegat minus 3 in NYC!!

On October 4th, 2009 Team Barnegat will be participating in the “Traffic Free” ride to benefit the National MS Society .   MS affects over 10,000 people locally and over 400,000 nationwide.  It’s a beautiful ride and a great way to get together as a community for a good cause.  They only allow 5000 people to participate so register early!!!  Most of us are doing the 30 mile ride around the perimeter of NYC!!

Food is served at the end of each ride & snacks & drinks are available at the rest stop!  We ride rain or shine so make sure you’re prepared for both!!!  Helmets are a must!!! Questions email sandibert@aol.com !!
